• Issue staged invoices throughout larger projects

• Suspend work where invoices remain unpaid

• Charge statutory interest and recovery costs on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

Ownership of materials supplied remains with PCS NW Ltd until paid for in full.

5. Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel booked works should provide written notice as soon as possible.

PCS NW Ltd reserves the right to charge for:

• Materials already ordered

• Labour already scheduled

• Administrative or survey costs incurred

6. Liability

While we take reasonable care in delivering our services, PCS NW Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profits or business interruption

• Delays caused by third parties or circumstances outside our control

• Existing defects, hidden structural issues or pre-existing damage

Nothing within these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
